The trustees confirm that they have complied with the requirement of section 17 of
the Charities Act 2011 to have due re8ard to the public benefit guidance published
by the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
Principal Art¢vity
The principal artivity of the charity in the whole year revrew which is carried out for
the public benefit is the advancement of the Christian faith through. but not
exclusively through-_
the provision of ￿11810￿$ services and a place of worship
the holding of prayer groups. and
producing andlor distributing Itterature on the Christian faith to
enll8hten others about the Christian reli8ion.
The Church stron8ly belreve in the power of prayer coupled with righteous livin8 and
and holines5 to be Christ disciple and consistently teaches and promote5 Biblical
Christianity through its main service5 and wider outreach.
Flnancial revlew: Our income are received through donations from members and
friends of the church.
We wish to thank and appreciate all our members and volunteers forthelr financial
and other contributions which ha5 Sustain the Church to this level.
We pray that God will bless and reward you greatly and we shall not miss our U￿lmate
which is heaven in Jesus name.

The trustees ère responsible for preparin8 the tnjstees, report and the financial
statements in accordance with the United Kingdom Accounting Standards
Iuftited Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice) and applicable law and
regulations.
The law applicable to tharities requires the trnstees to prepare financial
Statements for each financial peri¢xI which give a tme and fair view of the state
of affair5 of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources
of the Charity for that period. In p￿parIng these financial statements, the trustees
are required to..

The trustees are responsible for keepin8 proper accountin8 records that disclose with
reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable
them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011,
the applicable Charities (Accounts and Reportsl Regulations. and the provisions
of the constitution. The trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets
of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection
of fraud and other irregularities.

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustee5 conslder that an audit Is
not requlred for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the charities Act) and that an independent
examination is needed.

to follow the procedures laid down in the 8eneral Directions given by the Charity
commission lunder 5edion 1451511bl of the Charities Act). and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

Our examination was carried out in accordance wrth general Directions given by the Charity commi55ion. An examination
includes a review of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and a comparison of the account5 presented with those
records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosure5 in the accounts, and seeking explanations from
the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a "true and fair" view and
the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.

Statement of compliance
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the second edition
of the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice issued in October 2019. the
Financial Reportin8 Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of
Ireland IFRS 1021 and the Charities Act 2011.
Bais of Preparatlon
The accounts (financial statements) have been prepared under the hlstorical cost
convention.
Expendlture
All expenditure is recognised once there is a legal or corFstrurtive obligation to that
expenditure, it is probable settlement is required and the amount can be measured
reliably. All costs are allocated to the applicable expenditure heading that aggregate
similar costs to that category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to headings,
they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources.
Donations and letacles
Donations and legacies are reco8nised on a receivable basis when receipt is probable
and the affjount can be reliabfy measured.
Goin8 concern
The trustees consider that there are no material uncertaint￿5 about the charrvs
ability to continue as a goin8 concern.
Income and endowments
Voluntary income including donations, gifts, legacies and Érants that provide core
funding or are of a general nature is recognised when the charity has entitlement to
the income, it is probable that the income will be received and the amountc•n be
measured with sufficient reliability.
Taxatlon
The charity is considered to pass the tests set out in Paragrapg I Schedule 6 of the
Finance Act 2010 and therefore it meets the definition of a charitable company for UK
corporation tax purposes. Accordingly. the charty is potentialty exempt from taxation
in respect of income or capital gains receNed within categories covered by Chapter 3
part11 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 or Sertion 256 of the Taxation of Chargeable
Gain5 Act 1992, to the extent that such income or gains are applied exclusively to
charitable purposes.
