The trustees present the annual report together with the financial statements of
the charity for the year ended 31 May 2022
Objectives and activities
The trustees confirm that they have complied with the requirement of section 17 of
the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published
by the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
Principal Activity
The principal activity of the charity in the whole year review which is carried out for
the public benefit is the advancement of the Christian faith through, but not
exclusively through..-
the provision of religious services and a place of worship
* the holding of prayer groups. and
producing andlor distributing literature on the Christian faith to
enlighten others about the Christian religion.
The Church strongly believe in the power of prayer coupled with righteous living and
and holines5 to be Christ disciple and consistently teache5 and promote5 Biblical
Christianity through its main services and wider outreach.
Financial review-. Our income are received through donations from members and
friends of the church.
We wish to thank and appreciate all our members and volunteers for their financial
and other contributions which has Sustain the Church to this level.
We pray that God will bless and reward you g￿0t1Y and we shall not miss our ultimate
which is heaven in Jesus name.

The trustees present the annual report together with the financial statements of
the charity for the year ended 31 May 2022
The trustees are responsible for preparing the trustees, report 3nd the financial
staternent5 in accordance with the United Kingdom Accounting Standards
IUnTrted Kingdom Generally Accepted Accourhtin8 Practice) and applicable law and
regulations.
The law applicable to charities require5 the trustees to prepare financial
statement5 for each financial period which give a true and foir view of the state
of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources
of the charity for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the trustees
are required to-
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consi5tentlv-
obSe￿e the methods and principles in the Charities SORP-
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent,.
state whether applicable accounting stan(lords have been followed. subject
to any material departures disc195ed and explained in the financial statements,. and
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate
to presume that the charity will continue in business.
The trustee5 are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with
reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable
them to ensure that the financial staternents comply with the Charities Act 2011,
the applicable Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations, and the provisions
of the constitution. The trustee5 are also responsible for safeguarding the assets
of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection
of fraud and other irregularities.

Independent Examiner's Report on the Trustees of Worldwide Pentecostal Gospel Mission
I wish to report of the accounts of the River Manchester for the year ended 31 May 2022. which are set out on
pages I to 8.
Respertive responsibilities of trustees and examiner:
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is
not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the charities Act) and that an independent
examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to..
examine the account5 under section 145 of the Charities Act,
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity
commission (under section 14515llbl of the Charities Attl, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examineT'S Statement
My examination was tarried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity comrnission. An examination
includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those
records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from
the tru5tee5 concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true an(J fair" view and
the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.

In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention=

Statement of compliance
The financial siatement5 have been prepared in accordance with the second edition
of the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice i55ued in October 2019. the
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of
Ireland IFRS 1021 and the Charities Act 2011.
Bais of Preparation
The accounts (financial statements) have been prepared under the historical cost
onvention.
Expendlture
All expenditure is recogni5ed once there is a legal or constructive obligation to that
expenditure. it is probable settlement is required and the amount can be measured
reliably. All costs are allocate¢J to the applicable expenditure heading that aggregate
similar costs to that category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to headings,
they have been allocated to activities on a basis con515tent with the use of resources.
Donations and legacies
Donation5 and legacies are recognised on a receivable basis when receipt is probable
and the amount can be reliably measured.
Going concern
The trustees consider that there are no material uncertainties about the charity's
ability to continue as a going concern.
Income and endowments
Voluntary income including donation5. gifts, legacies and grants that provide core
funding or are of a general nature is recognised when the charity has entitlefflent to
the income, it 15 probable that the income will be received and the amountcan be
measured with sufficient reliability.
Taxation
The charity is considered to pass the iests set out in Paragrapg I Schedule 6 of the
Finance Act 2010 and therefore it meets the definition of a charitable company for UK
corporation tax purposes. Atcordingly, the charity is potentially exempt from taxation
in respect of income or capital gains received within categories covered by Chapter 3
part11 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 or Section 256 of the Taxation of Chargeable
Gains Act 1992, to the extent that such income or gains are applied exclusively to
charitable purposes.
Fund structure
Unrestricted intome funds are general funds that are available for use at the trustees's
discretion in further of the objectives of the charity.
