## **Constitution** 

The Friends of Thame Hospital was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (‘CIO’) with the Charities Commission on 11 June 2021. The CIO was set up with the intention of merging with the League of Friends of Thame Hospital (registered charity number: 246136) once the Government’s enabling legislation has been enacted. 

The official address of the charity is Thame Community Hospital, East Street, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3JT. 

## **Objects of The Friends of Thame Hospital** 

The main objects of the Charity are: 

- to encourage, foster and maintain the interests of the public in the Community Hospital in Thame; 

- to provide personal service for and on behalf of patients of this hospital; 

- to provide for patients and staff, amenities and comforts not provided by the National Health Service.

## **Review of Activities**
