## **Rainworks** Annual Report Charity Number 1194738 Period 09/06/2021 to 31/03/2022 Dear Charity Commission, I hereby provide this memo as the Annual Report for Rainworks. We are a newly registered charity, and due to a number of factors, most particularly the covid pandemic, our activities in the period above were severely constrained. We were unable to fundraise, travel or administer projects in this time due to the impact and constraints around the pandemic, and as such we are submitting a “null report”. I wish to confirm that while we still are in existence as a charity, we were unfortunately unable to operate as normal in the above period. Our subsequent reports will reflect normal activities.
