It is our responsibility to state, on the basis of proceduTes SF¢cified in the General Directions
given by the Charity Commissioners under section 43(7)(b) of the Aci, whether particular
matters have come to our att¢ntion.
Basis of independent exan)iner's report
Our exarnination was carried out in accordance with the General Dir¢ctions given by the
Charity Cornmissioners. An examination includcs a review of the accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts presenicd with thos¢ records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual iiems OT disclosures in the accounts, and s￿kIng explanations
from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all thc cvidence that would bc required in an audit. and consequently we do not express an
audit opinion on the view given by thc accounts.
