Material Difference aims to address 'Clothing Poverty' in teenagers from families in need. Providing quality pre-loved clothing that will instil a sense of pride and confidence in the wearer in the hope that this will encourage them to participate more fully in school and social activities.

Objects: The Relief Of Those In Need By Reason Of Their Age, By Providing Such Items As The Trustees Deem Appropriate, Including But Not Limited To Clothing And Accessories; Toiletries; Books; Home Decor; And Equipment For Sports, Art And Other Leisure Activities In Order To Help Improve Their Conditions In Life And So As To Develop Their Capabilities That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society.nothing In This Deed Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008.
