## **Treasurer’s Report – Congresbury Community Pre-school** 

_The CIO charity was officially incorporated on 3[rd] June 2021.  However, we had to wait for OFSTED, our governing body, to assign us with a new operating registration before the CIO charity could become active.  We received this new registration on: 21/7/2022._ 

_As agreed, charity # 1015403 will transfer funds to CIO charity # 1194670 as follows:_ 

- _£5,000 – received into the CIO charity account on 27/7/2022_ 

- _£15,000 – received into the CIO charity account on 18/8/2022_ 

## _**The Trustees of charity # 1015403 have requested their account be closed and all additional monies be transferred to the CIO charity in September 2022.**_
