**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE THE PARTICIPATION, EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF ALL AGES IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF BRASS BAND MUSIC IN CHELTENHAM, WIDER GLOUCESTERSHIRE AND THE SOUTH WEST THROUGH THE PROVISION OF REHEARSAL FACILITIES, INSTRUMENT HIRE AND TUITION AND BY PARTICIPATION IN CONCERTS AND CONTESTS.

**Activities:** To advance the participation, education and appreciation of the general public of all ages in the art and science of brass band music in Cheltenham, wider Gloucestershire and the South West through the provision of rehearsal facilities, instrument loan and tuition and by participation in concerts and contests.
