The hall<br>has been constructed as part of a small<br>housing development.<br>Lengthy delays at the Land registry held up<br>the transfer of ownership of the hall from the<br>developers to the Parish Council.  Difficulties<br>in the creation of the draft lease has held up<br>the eventual transfer of the running of the<br>property to the Trustees.<br>There have been community events e.g.<br>Queen’s Jubilee held in a private garden,<br>Easter and Christmas events held within the<br>church of St John the Baptist and its<br>grounds.|
