The trustees continue to investigate a means of transferring the assets of charity number 1098573
(an unincorporated charity) to charity number 1194651 (a charitable incorporated organisation) at
the earliest opportunity. The only asset is the bank account and a means of closing the old
unincorporated charity and replacing it with the new Charitable Incorporated Organisation remains
our ambition.
