Committee Meeting – 13/11/2024

Accounts – Mandy & Bev met last week to go through the accounts. Everything is okay and has no concerns/discrepancies. They plan to meet up 3 times a year to ensure everything is up to date.
Election of trustees – its usual for the Chair to resign after 2 years. David is happy to do so but also willing to resume as Chair. Vote, all agree for David to continue.

Ruth – Due to work commitments Ruth is unable to continue. Thank you for all of your time and effort with the nursery over the last two years.
There was a discussion about other members joining. Mandy did mention there is a parent that seems interested, and she seems to really care, however, she was unable to attend tonight.
Business Awards – Mandy has been nominated for an award. What great news!
There is a ceremony next Thursday and Erika will be attending with Mandy.

Nursery Needs – Any pressing issues that need to be discussed/addressed?
MM – Advised that the Nursery is running itself. Everything is going well. The staff are great, and the kids are amazing. After inspection the nursery has scored the highest in Torfean. Well done to Mandy and the team, what an achievement for all of your hard work.
