Statement of Nil return for period 02/06/21 – 31/08/22 

It has been agreed by the current Trustees that there will be a nil return for the period 2[nd] June 2021 to 31[st] August 2022.  This is due to the previous trustees changing the status of the nursery by registering as a charity; this required a change in the type of bank account from a business account to a community funding account. 

This has meant that the current trustees have not had access to the bank accounts until the change over is complete.  The current treasurer has been relying on the manager to print bank statements and then a statement review has taken place to ensure that the account is solvent at each meeting. 

This statement will be formally presented to the full committee meeting on Thursday 20[th] April 2023 so that it will appear in the minutes.
