Notes to the Accounts
Notes 1 - Tithes, Offerings, and Donations
Contributions from church members and supporters to fund church activities and charitable initiatives. These include regular offerings, tithes, and one-time donations.
Notes 2 - Total Income
Represents the total funds received from all sources during the accounting period.
Notes 3 - Broadcast, Equipment, and Accessories
Expenses incurred for acquiring and maintaining equipment used for broadcasting church services and events. This also includes costs related to technological tools and worship aids essential for the church's operations.
Notes 4 - Venue Rental
Annual payment for renting the venue used for hosting regular church services, meetings, and other activities.
Notes 5 - Charitable Expenses
Funds allocated to support charitable causes and outreach programmes, contributing to other organisations or individuals in need as part of the church's mission.
Notes 6 - Services
Payments made for professional or technical services, such as repairs or specialised support to facilitate church operations.
Notes 7 - Printed Matter
Expenditures on printing materials such as flyers, bulletins, banners and other resources needed for church communication and events.
Notes 8 - Honourarium
Token payments given to guest speakers, preachers, or individuals who contributed their time and expertise to church activities.
Notes 9 - Catering
Costs associated with providing food and refreshments during church events, gatherings, and special programmes.
Notes 10 - Assemblies of God Ministerial Training (AoG MiT)
Expenses made towards the Assemblies of God denomination to support ministerial training and other collaborative commitments.
Notes 11 - Softwares
Expenditures on software tools and licenses used to facilitate church operations and administrative tasks.
Notes 12 - Radio Station Setup
Funds spent on setting up a radio station to enhance the church's outreach, spreading its message to a broader audience.
Financial Secretary’s Report
I have prepared the Income and Expenditure Accounts, along with the Notes to the Accounts, in accordance with Section 42(3) of the Charities Act 1993. The accounts have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis, as applicable to small charities. My responsibility I have prepared the accounts using the church's accounting records and financial statements for the period under review.
