TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL  AND  NATURAL  ENVIRONMENT  OF  THE  WATERFALL  COUNTRY  OF SOUTH  WALES  (PONTNEDDFECHAN,  COELBREN,  YSTRADFELLTE,  PENDERYN, GLYNNEATH, MELINCOURT, & SURROUNDING AREA.) B. ADVANCING THE EDUCATION  OF  THE  GENERAL  PUBLIC  ABOUT  THE  IMPORTANCE  OF  THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF WATERFALL COUNTRY, ITS HISTORY; HERITAGE, CULTURE AND LANGUAGE. C. TO PROMOTE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE  WHO LIVE AND WORK IN  OR WHO VISIT  WATERFALL  COUNTRY  THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND  WITH  THE  OBJECT  OF  IMPROVING  THE  CONDITIONS  OF  LIFE  OF  SAID PEOPLE.
