**The Polehampton Charity – CIO No. 1194604 Trustee’s Report and Accounts FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 31 December 2021** 

## **A. REPORT ON THE MEETINGS OF TRUSTEES** 

The Polehampton Charity is in the process of moving from registered charity no. 1072631 (the old charity) to Charitable Incorporated Organisation no. 1194604 (the CIO).  This report refers to the CIO only.  The CIO was established 27 May 2021 in readiness for the move, however various delays meant that it did not begin trading during the period of this report. 

During this period all business was carried out under the ‘old charity’.  As such there were no meetings of the trustees specific to the CIO.  All meetings held, and decisions made, were in relation to the ‘old charity’. 

## **B. FINANCIAL** 

The total income of the C I O  in 2021 was £0. 

Costs relating to the CIO were £0. 

On December 31st 2021 the value of the stock market investments was £0. 

## **C. PROPERTIES** 

On December 31st 2021 all properties remained in the ownership of the ‘old charity’. 

## **D. GRANTS** 

During the period, grants totalled £0 

## **E.OTHER** 

The CIO did not begin trading during the period of this report.
