Para 1.17 | We aim to alleviate poverty at Christmas time within Teesside, we aim to provide the elderly in residential care homes, who are without family, with gifts at Christmas to brighten their day and remind them that people are thinking of them. |

Para 1.20 | issued shoeboxes and presents to help 950 families. We have issued 900 shoeboxes/giftbags and 50 Christmas hampers to families in need. This Christmas appeal has enabled us to help so many families and children to enjoy Christmas, to have something to open and to enable families not to worry about gifts or food. |
