You have approved the financial information for the year ended 15 March 2023 and have acknowledged your responsibility for it, for the appropriateness of the accounting basis and for providing all information and explanations necessary for its compilation.

Respective responsibilities of Trustee and Independent Examiner:

As explained more fully in the Statement of Trustees'' Responsibilities, the trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts and for being satisfied that they give at rue and fair view. We have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to me and I do not, therefore, express any opinion on the financial information.

1 Accounting policies

Basis of preparation

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover

Turnover represents the value, net of value added tax and discounts, of goods provided to customers and work carried out in respect of services provided to customers.
