The organisation received its charity status from the Charity Commission on the 21st of May 2021. The charity, at the moment, is small in terms of income and expenses. Currently, the organisation has four trustees who manage and run the day-to-day operations of the charity, and there are no employees. The trustees ensure, to the best of their ability, that proper due diligence is carried out, end use of funds is monitored, and value for money is achieved in implementing projects. ## **Aims and Objectives** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ACROSS THE UK AND OVERSEAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RELIGIOUS AND SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION TO STUDY THE QURAN, THE ARABIC AND BENGALI LANGUAGES AND SUPPORTING POOR AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN BANGLADESH TO CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION ## **Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.** Organisation was only registered in May 2021 and is setup mainly to support educational project in Bangladesh. ## **Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.** The charity is currently very small, with funds below £5,000. However, we aim to grow it gradually, primarily to support educational projects in Bangladesh. We also carry out winter relief and food distribution projects to support local poor and needy communities, and we hope to undertake more similar projects in the future. ## **Public Benefit** The Trustees confirm that they have considered the general guidelines issued by the Charity Commission in connection with Public Benefit when setting the objectives of the charity. In particular, they have considered how planned activities further the charity's objectives. ## **Risk Management** The Trustees identify any risks to which the charity might be exposed, including risks to the charity's financial position and reputation.
