| activities and took part in community events, including a pantomime |
|||||
| trip, the community Tudor event at Bishop's Waltham Palace and the |

| annual Christmas Fair. |

| The Trustees have continued discussions with a developer with a |
|||||
| view to redeveloping the Malt Lane site, where the current Youth Hall |
|||||
| is located, to provide a modern community and youth hall. Planning |
|||||
| permission forthe development was agreed in August 2021 and [we |
|||||
| have recently established an option agreement and it is hoped that |
|||||
| work on the new youth hall will commence within the next year. |
