Annual report of The Himalayan Health Ini4a4ve for period 02-02-20222 to 1- 02 2023
We organised 2 health camps in the village of Kharsadi in remote parts of Himalayas.
First camp was held from 9[th] May 2022 to 19[th] May 2022.
Camp was a@ended by two Trustees of HHI from UK and volunteers from India. The Trustees went to India and a@ended the camp at their own cost. We saw 1219 paFents including 91 school children in the village Baijkot in U@arkashi district in State of U@rakhand in India.
The focus of this acFvity was health educaFon for paFents and parents. We also did health educaFon acFvity for local health care workers.
Second camp was held from 2/10/2022 TO 7/10/2022
Camp was a@ended by two trustees and volunteers from India including an optometrist.

In addi4on to the camp the charity is helping to run a primary care clinic in the village of Kharsadi in UErarkashi district of State of UErakhand in India. This clinic is run by auxiliary nurse midwife (ANM), Pharmacist and an admin person. The trustees have a weekly zoom mee4ng with the staff to go through the pa4ents they have seen during the week. The staff contact trustees in UK during the week if they need any clinical advise.
Accounts: Income during annual report period £9113 and expenses is £1160. No money has been paid to Trustees or Volunteers in UK.
