I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 **/** 12 **/** 2024.
- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
## **Independent examiner's statement**
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records

Public benefit statement The trustees confirm that, in exercising their powers and in planning, delivering and reviewing the charity’s activities during the year, they have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. All activities were provided solely to further the charity’s purposes for the public benefit; any private benefit was incidental and necessary to achieving those purposes. Pak Community Center Operated a safe, inclusive community hub offering drop-in advice (welfare rights, housing sign-posting, digital help), ESOL/skills classes, youth activities, women’s health workshops and social groups. Prioritised vulnerable and isolated residents irrespective of faith or background, reducing loneliness and improving access to services. Implemented safeguarding, accessibility and equal-opportunities policies; gathered user feedback to improve service quality. Pak Food Parcels Procured and distributed nutritionally balanced food parcels to households in hardship, using fair-access referrals from local authorities, schools, NHS link workers and trusted community partners. Provided culturally appropriate items and hygiene basics at no charge; delivery offered to housebound recipients. Prevented food insecurity, supported children’s nutrition and relieved financial stress for families in crisis. Pak Water Plant Installed/rehabilitated a community water-filtration plant in an underserved locality, providing safe drinking water free at point of use. Set up a local user committee, routine water-quality testing and a maintenance fund to ensure sustainability. Reduced water-borne illness and time spent (often by women/children) fetching water, improving health and education outcomes. Pak Water Bottles Ran seasonal hydration points and distributed bottled water during heatwaves and large civic gatherings, alongside public-health messaging on hygiene. Section D Achievements and performance

Compassion for Humanity’s policy on reserves outlines the amount of **Brief statement of the** unrestricted funds that the charity holds to ensure financial stability. The **charity’s policy on reserves** policy specifies reserves to provide a financial cushion to cover unexpected costs, manage cash flow, or support the charity’s operations during periods of uncertainty.
Our target level of reserves in 2023 was £250
