## **Trustees’ Annual Report for the Year Ended 31 March 2024** 

## **1. Purpose and Aims** 

Grace for Impact UK exists to promote better health and wellbeing for individuals and communities who are underserved or vulnerable. 

- Our purpose is rooted in compassion: to share knowledge, provide guidance, and offer practical help that strengthens lives. 

- We aim to advance health, save lives, and uplift communities both in the UK and internationally, working wherever we can make a positive difference. 

## **2. Objectives and Activities** 

During the year ended 31 March 2024, the charity’s work remained focused on international health and wellbeing. 

- The Nigeria GFI project continued to provide targeted health initiatives and support to communities in Nigeria. 

- Partnerships with overseas organisations supported effective delivery and local engagement. 

## **3. Public Benefit Statement** 

The trustees confirm that all activities undertaken during the year were carried out in line with the charity’s objectives and for the public benefit, as defined by the Charities Act 2011. 

By delivering the Nigeria GFI project, the charity helped improve health awareness and wellbeing in underserved communities overseas. 

## **4. Achievements and Performance** 

Key achievements in 2023–24 included: 

- Delivery of the Nigeria GFI project. 

- Strengthening of overseas partnerships and programme delivery 

## **Financial performance:** 

- **Total income:** £366 (donations) 

- **Total expenditure:** £2,129.86 

   - Nigeria GFI project: £2,000 

   - Hope for Health Project: £129.86 

Despite limited income, the charity successfully delivered overseas health projects and maintained online support for beneficiaries. 



## **5. Financial Review — Year Ended 31 March 2024** 

- **Bank opening balance (1 April 2023):** £7,363.43 

- **Bank closing balance (31 March 2024):** £3,629.43 

- **Petty cash held:** £74.03 

Trustees maintained reserves to ensure continuity of operations. The majority of funds were used directly for charitable activities, ensuring effective delivery of objectives. 

## **6. Structure, Governance and Management** 

Grace for Impact UK is governed by its Board of Trustees, who are responsible for strategic oversight and compliance. 

## **Trustees serving during the year ended 31 March 2024:** 

Adetola Elewa (Chair), Iyabo Adediran (Secretary), Atinuke Ajao, Israel Omojola, Mosunmola Abiola Oluikpe, Olutunmbi Idowu 

The trustees meet regularly to: 

- Monitor charitable activities. 

- Review financial performance. 

- Make strategic decisions to advance the charity’s aims. 

## **7. Statement of Trustees’ Responsibilities** 

The trustees are responsible for ensuring that: 

- The charity complies with its governing document and the Charities Act 2011. 

- The accounts give a true and fair view of the charity’s financial position. 

- Accounts are prepared on a Receipts and Payments basis in accordance with applicable regulations. 

The trustees confirm that they have discharged these responsibilities during the year.
