We do this through our different services from our national support line, response units, counselling services and much more. We walk around the 5 steps of wellbeing and promote this and self help with everything which we do.

Objects: For The Public Benefit, To Preserve And Protect Mental And Physical Health, In Particular, But Not Exclusively By The Following Means:a) The Provision Of A Confidential Face To Face And Telephone Counselling Service And Other Supplementary Support; B) Providing Mental Health First Aid Training And Education.c) Raising Awareness Of Mental Health.
