Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To:3.1.1 Advance The Education Of The Public, And3.1.2 Promote Research;for The Public Benefit In Any Useful Subject, Including But Not Limited To The Contribution That Hindu Civilisation And Culture Can Make To Modern Global Society, With The Aim Of Increasing Collective Knowledge And Understanding Of Such Subjects And Publishing The Useful Results Of Such Research.3.2 Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
