Summary ofthe main achievements ofthe charity				Over the pandemic services and meeting	were conducted	over zoom.
during	the	year		Over the last year face to face services and meetings have		now resumed
				but for elderly and vulnerable zoom as an	option is still continuing.
				We have made links with the nearby new	homeless hostel	and have had
				some residents attending our meetings.
				Talks are underway for the refurbishment	ofa new kitchen.
				We have been encourage in our Christian	lives by venous	speakers.
				The congregation has grown in size on a	Sunday morning	as well the
				number attending bible study.
				The building land has been registered for	First Registration	with the Land
				Registry and is undergoing transfer to the	charity
