higher at £439.561. over five months cover, of which £208.573 were flee reserves. F￿e ￿serVeS
have been calculaled ag unrestric16d reserves excluding fixed assets. How8ver. the budgoled

Furlhermore. at 31 January 2025, the ¢harity held £65.301 of designated funds. These funds could be

mor)th 2022-24 period and expenditure decreased from £3,048,856 10 £894.477. A deficit of £50.392
has been incurred In the year re(ludng the Ch8rllls reserves lo £439,561. Somè of thè acldlUon81
reseNes relats lo Income relaling lo proie¢lslprogrammes that will be carried out in the new financSal
year. Last y8ar, the charty changed Its llnanciol year from 30th September lo 31st January lo
colnclde wlth the ECB'5 financi81 year ano 10 81d financial planning as the ECB announco thoii fundlr
streams ¢ach November and these accgunts reflect this change.
For the year 2025-26 the charity is planning to spend to the level ol estlmated Income for that sear
of £1,047,585 and maintain reserves al £338,950 in accordance with Ils reseryes policy. This will
allow the charity lo improve, develop and implement it8 communicatlons, Ma￿ting. and fund-raisi
Elrategy.
