he setting provides a space for children to
joy many activities, from
arts and craft to outdoor play.
Termly themes are used aligned to EYFS framework, which brings to life
learning and education.

Fundraising is reinvested in the setting, these events range from family
events to nearly new sales.

The money raised also provides additonal actvites such as going to the local

Our parental involvement policy helps to ensure everyone is involved in the
children’s learning and development.| |Section D|| ## Section D ## Achievements and performance TAR 3 Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year This year’s fundraising was a Treasure Hunt, a Christmas Market and raffles. All required substantial work by the Committee. This year’s cohort has remained consistent through the year. We still received Early Years funding from Essex County Council over lockdown which enabled us to keep all our members of staff employed. Our projected numbers for next year continue to remain healthy. We continue to rely on the local community and family to support us in our goals and fundraising and in particular relying on the village hall to allow us to have our setting in their site. We aspire to supporting the needs of families within our village as well as the surrounding areas. Section E Financial review TAR 4 Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves We continue to hold our reserve account which would support redundancy payments should the pre-school close. The reserve account is also a back-up in case numbers of children attending the setting were to reduce and how this could affect us long-term, or if we were to require relocation from the current rented premises.
