## **2. Structure, Governance and Management** 

The charity is governed by a constitution adopted on 29 April 2021 Trustees are appointed in accordance with the rules set out in the governing document. The day-to-day operations are managed by the trustees on a voluntary basis. 

## **3. Objectives and Activities** 

To advance the education of pupils in the schools by 

- developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the schools, and 

- engaging in fundraising activities to contribute to the provision of facilities or equipment 



## **4. Achievements and Performance** 

The charity successfully supported our local community through several outreach activities. Feedback from beneficiaries has been very positive. We exceeded our outreach targets and engaged with 30% more individuals than the previous year. 

## **5. Financial Review** 

- **Total Income through Fundrasing** : £14,026 

- **Total Expenditure** : £9,059 

- **Funds Carried Forward** : £15,803 

The charity remains in a stable financial position. All funds are used to further our charitable purposes.
