in accordance with the rules set out in the governing document. The day-to-day operations
are managed bythe trustees on a voluntarybasis.
3. Objectives and Activities
To advancethe education of pupils in the schools by
developing effective relationships between staff. parents and others associated
with the schools. and
engaging in fundraising activities to contribute to the provision of facilities or
equipment

4. Achievements and Performance
The charity successfully supported ourlocalcommunitythrough several outreach
activities. Feedback from beneficiaries has been very positive. We exceeded our outreach
targets and engaged with 30% more individuals than the previous year.
