**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AND SAVE LIVES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF AN ONLINE MONITORING TOOL AND OTHER SERVICES IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ACCESSING HARMFUL ONLINE CONTENT RELATING TO SELF-HARM AND SUICIDE AND INCREASE THE USE OF MENTAL HEALTH, BEREAVEMENT AND OTHER RESOURCES AVAILABLE.

**Activities:** Our purpose is to ensure immediate mental health support is presented to individuals following a harmful online search via innovative technology and consisting of a choice of help and resources to prevent self-harm and suicide.
