**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN HERTFORDSHIRE AND MIDDLESEX,TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF BATS, THEIR ROOSTS, AND THEIR HABITATS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING TRAINING FOR MEMBERS, UNDERTAKING SURVEYS AND SUPPLYING BAT RECORDS TO THE LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL RECORD CENTRE;TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND THE GROUP’S MEMBERS IN MATTERS RELATED TO BATS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH REGULAR TRAINING WORKSHOPS, ATTENDANCE AT SHOWS, AND PROVIDING ADVICE; TO ADVANCE THE STUDY OF BATS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY UNDERTAKING SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND PUBLISHING THE RESULTS WHERE POSSIBLE.

**Activities:** We aim to promote the conservation of bats, their roosts, and their habitats by providing training for members, engaging with the public, undertaking surveys and research.
