**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO MAKE GRANTS TO CHARITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM, INTENDED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, WHICH ARE INVOLVED WITH EITHER (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OR IMPROVEMENT, OR (2) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BECAUSE OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, OR (3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF ANIMAL WELFARE.

**Activities:** We undertake fund raising activities which will enable us to make small donations (typically of around £250) to small local charities, especially those supporting disabilities, children and animals.
