Legal and administrative information set out on Page 2 forms part of this report. ## **Constitution and Objects** Father's House Church (formerly Father's House Dearne Valley Christian Ministries number 1052597) is constituted under a new CIO revised trust deed dated 30th April 2021 and is a registered charity (number 11194306). The objects of the charity are to give every man, woman and child the opportunity of understanding the gospel and providing a church where they can grow in ministry for the glory of God. ## **Management** The management of the charity is vested in the Trustees of the church who formally meet regularly, a minimum of four times during the year, and monthly reports are received from the Financial Overseer for discussion and necessary action. An annual general meeting is held each year to present key information to the church membership. ## **Recruitment, Appointment of Trustees and Training** A person may be appointed to the office of Trustee by a resolution passed by a simple majority of the existing Charity Trustees. All Trustees are encouraged to attend regular and relevant training courses. ## **Staffing** The charity employs a part time Minister of Religion and the following part-time employees: Administrator, and Cleaner. ## **Volunteers** Volunteers play a huge part in assisting the charity to achieve its objectives and, without them, the charity would not be able to carry out the level of activity it does. ## **DEPARTMENTS OF THE CHURCH** During the year the following departments of the charity were in operation: **Children's Ministry** - Work is continuing with children between the ages of 2 and 11 and operates alongside the church service on Sunday morning. Other activities such as holiday clubs are often planned around school holiday times. **Missions Group** - The role of the group continues to bring an awareness of situations in the local area, nationwide and the world where it is felt that the charity can help, support and achieve its overall objectives. **Worship Group** - The role of this group is to lead the music and worship for all the church services. The young people in the church are being trained in this area and have been involved in some of the main church services. **Media Department** - The function of this department is to record the services and make available electronic recordings to the charity members. **Youth Ministry** - This department continues to cater for the youth of the church and the local community.
