Respective responsibilities ot the Trustees and Independent Examiner
As the Charity's Trustees, you are responsible lor the preparation ol the accounts- you consider
that the audit requirements of section 43121 ol the Charities Act 19931"Ihe Act") does not apply.
It is our responsibilty lo slate, on the basis ol procedures specified in the general directions given
by the Charities Commissioners under section 4317llbl ol the Act, whether particular matters have
come lo our attention.
Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
Our examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charities
Commissioners.
An examination includes a review ol the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparision
of the accounts presented with those records.
It also includes consideration ol any unusal items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking
explanations from you as Trustees concerning any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the emdence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently we do not express an audit opinion on the views given by the accoLJnls.
Independent Examiner's Statement
In connection with our examination, no matter has come lo our attention-
1. Which gives us reasonable cause lo believe that in any material respect the requirements
lal lo keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the Act- and
Ibl lo prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and lo comply with the
accounting requirements of the Act have not been met., or
2. To which, in our opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of
the accounts to be reached.
