## **Annual Report of the Goonvean Engine Trust 2024**

During the year the Board of the Goonvean Engine Trust have continued to concentrate all of its efforts into securing the transfer of the Goonvean engine from Imerys to the Trust.  This has been a long and frustrating process and the question of ownership had not been resolved by year end 2023.   Given the continuing lack of activity it was decided not to levy an annual subscription during 2024.
