## **Annual  Report  of  the  Goonvean  Engine  Trust 2022**

During  the  year the  Board  of the Goonvean Engine Trust have been developing plans to re - home and restore the Goonvean Beam Engine at the Lappa Valley Railway at St Newlyn East, Cornwall. 

In the course of the year the Trustees of the Trust Have changed: 

- (1)  Kingsley Rikard is still a Trustee 

- (2) Charles Daniel died and was was replaced as a Trustee be Robert Waterhouse FSA. 

- (3) Jonathan White was removed from his position as a Trustee due to lack of attendance at meetings. 

- (4) It is the intention of the Board of Management to appoint a third Trustee at the next committee meeting.
