Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Public In Cornish Mining Industry Including But Not Exclusively By:(i)the Acquisition, Restoration And Maintenance Of The Goonvean Pumping Engine For The Benefit Of The People Of Cornwall And The Nation At Large And Any Other Asset Of Industrial Or Historical Significance Associated With Cornish Mining As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine; And(ii)the Promotion Of The Mining Culture And History By Enabling Access For All To Such Cornish Mining Assets Where Practicable And Through The Provision Of Learning And Educational Resources.
