We**<br>**approached many banks and all**<br>**declined to open accounts for us. This**<br>**is making it impossible to collect funds.**<br>**However, the trustees obtained some**<br>**personal protective equipment costing**<br>**around £2000.00. This was sent to a**<br>**peripheral hospital in the Eastern**<br>**Sudan. This equipment was desperately**<br>**needed by the health staff there. It**<br>**helped them to perform their duties**<br>**while being protected against**<br>**transmission of COVID infection.**<br>**Our sister organisation in the Sudan,**<br>**known as SEDSO ( Sudan Education**<br>**Supporting Organisation ), is receiving**<br>**funds from North America, Canada,**<br>**Australia, Gulf states, and some**<br>**European countries. It managed to build**<br>**some new schools, refurbish some**<br>**existing schools, and dig some wells.**|
