THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY WITHIN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY ENCOURAGING AND ENABLING STUDENTS FROM THE BRITISH SOMALI COMMUNITY AND OTHER BAME GROUPS TO APPLY TO UK MEDICAL SCHOOLS.
