Strategic MeTnberships: Active members of London Youth and the "Young" foundations for Westminster, Kensington & Chelse4 Hammersmith & Fulham. and Brent. • Regulatory AA]IatiOns. Maintained active affiliations with the tA)ndon FA and Middlesex FA. 2. Grydnt Funding & Strategic Pgrtnersbips • Hollick Family Foundation.. Successfully secured a grant specifically designated for the development of Girls, Football. . tkvelopment Partnerships: Established fomial partnerships with SSS Academy and Lazola Sports Fithess for the eiite development and physical Conditioning of our Katanga Youth members. Westway Trust.. Continued partnership and tnembership for facility access. 3. Weekty Grassroots & Girk, Development • Monday After-scbool Programme: Launched holistic development football training at our home ground. Westtninster Acad¢my. This se55ion serves 12-20 player5 weekly across the UIIVUI 6 age groups. ¥ The Big Football Day." Successfully organised and hosted "The Big Fi)otb311 D3y' event. an England Football initiative to promote participation.

Reix*t (Continued) For the year ended 31 March 2025 Wembley Stadium Experience: Facilitated an inspirdtional trip for our girls, tM to 8tt¢nd 3 live England International Women's (Lionesses} match at Wembley Stsdium Wildcat Centres: Estsblished a presence across Ixith RBKC and City of Westminster, providing dedicated facilities for young female players. 4. Membersbip & Competitive Perfornianee • Membership Growth: Our UlfAJ18 age group iDcr¢ased to 32 members (up from 23 in the previous se&son). L£ague & Tournament Participation: * Entered Ul 3s and U165 into the London Academy League (SFL). . Participatrd in the 32 Borough Cup (Hackney Marshes). Regional One TournamenL and Premier Kick5 2024 (sponsored by the EPL). . Reached the finals of the London Cash Cup 2024 for the second ¢ons¢¢utivc year. • Professional Pathway: Scouting attendance from Arsenal, Norwich, and Brenrford. resulting in three play¢r5 5wuring Academy Enty Trials. 5. Faellity & Programme EI&ll$l0n . Futsal Development: Secured a dedicated Futsal pitch at Westway Sports Centre (March 2025 - April 2026). Launched th¢ Katanga Youth Wednesday Futsal Match Programme for both boys ar girls. Educational Support: Secured a GCSE tyition programme for Ul 5s-U16s with the Learning Developtneni Centre for the 2025-2026 academic year. . Member Wellbeing.. Secured and validated free swimming passes for all members duting scbool holidays. 6. Workforce & Coaching . Professional Stsndards: Our coaching stsff includes two FA Certified Wildcats coaches. . Qualified Refertts: Two coache5 and one volunteer successfully qualtfied as Referees this year. . Community Volunteering: Our coaches provided voluntary hours for the Learning D¢v¢lopment Centre's summer and half-terni programmes.
