**Objects:** TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONG CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS, BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL AND SUCH OTHER SPORTS OR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WHICH IMPROVE FITNESS AND HEALTH (FACILITIES IN THIS ARTICLE MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND THE ORGANISING OF SPORTING ACTIVITIES).

**Activities:** To promote community participation in healthy recreation, particularly, but notexclusively among children and young persons, by providing facilities for theplaying of association football and such other sports or physical activitieswhich improve fitness and health (facilities in this article means land,buildings, equipment and the organising of sporting activities).
