World Family Peace Foundaton (WFPF)

Annual Report and Statement of Accounts - Financial Year 22/23

Our main focus this year has been fund raising for the people of Maidugiri in Nigeria, the epicentre of Boko Haram terrorism. Many people have been displaced and traumatised. We were visited by Bishop Oliver who launched an appeal in our local parish communities and raised £2000. This was used to facilitate youth and community activities involving both Christians and Muslims in order to promote peace and reconciliation.

This is documented on our website. World Family Peace Foundaton (WFPF)

In addition we have received regular donations from several of our members.

Earlier in the year we continued our tradition of hosting multicultural events, with an India Day. This was organised by one of our members. It was primarily a social event but it raised £105 from a raffle.

Trustees and members of the committee have met quarterly to plan events.

The charity’s income and expenditure for the Financial Year 22/23 is as follows:

Donations from Members: £420 Expenses: £59.99 expenses to Bernard Nwiwu Donation to Bishop Oliver £2,023.42 Closing Balance £1,033.46
