The objects of the charity are as follow5
The object of the CIO is for the benefit of the public '. to relieve the needs of children and young people with
autism spectrllin disorder, epilepsy, attention deficit hyperaciivity disorder (ADHD), their tamiliesjcarers
(the beneficiaries) in England and Wales in particular. but not exclusiielj, by the proN'ision of.. one to one
sessions and workshop sessions that the beneficiaries can attend to discuss and share their issues with others,
in sirnilar situations: in a welcoming setting where people will feel more at ease. referrals to appropriate
institutions where specific needs can be taken care of.
The trustees, policy is to ensure that the above aims are met to the highest possible standard.
Volunteers staff the charity, with the workload spread among some of the senior members.
The charity is funded by the general public and grant funders which is been used towards the maintenance
and improvement of the charity's assets and promoting and achieving the charity's objects.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to charity law.

The Board of Trustees has overall responsibility for ensuring The Board of Trustees are responsible for preparing
the Annual Report and the financial
statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Generally Accepted
Accounting Practice.
Charity law applicable to charities in England/Wales requires the Board of Trustees to prepare
financial statements for each financial year which gives a true and fair view of the state of
affairs of the Charity and of the surplus or deficit of the Charity for that period. In preparing
those tlnancial statements the Board of Trustees have..

proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial
position of the Charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with
the Charities Act 1993. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity
and hence for tsking reasonable steps for the detection and prevention of fraud and other
irregulariiies.
The Board of Trnstees is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the corporate and
financial information. Legislation in the United Kingdom governing the preparation and
dissemination of financial sLqtements may differ from legislation in other jurisdictions.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity ("the Trust") for the year
ended 31 December 2025
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts; in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act"}.
I report in respe¢t of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 A¢1
and in ¢arryingF Out my examination. I have followed all the applicable Direclions gFiven by the Charity
Commission under section 145(5}(b) ot the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have cornpleted my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below } which gives me cause to believe that in,
any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the forni and content of
accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) RegTulation$ 2008 otheT than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'trne and fair. view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent
¢xamination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which
attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
