The TTUSlees confirm that they have referred to the guidance contained in the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit when reviewing the charitys aims and objectives and in planning fuluie activities. Aehievements and perforniance During the year the charity received no grants12023- £175.0001 from Monster Energy Europe Ltd, an assocAated company registered in England & Wales. The tharity dld not award any grants during the year. Flnancial review Oonations were recaved during the year lotalling £nil 12023 £175,000), with expenditure incLJrred of £16.469 12023 - £239,316). This included grants awarded of £11,301 12023 - £234,883), bank charges of £52912023- £131) and acctsunlancy fees of £1.74012023 - £1,140), wth the expendilure increased by a loss on ex(*ange in the year of £2,89912023- £3,162). The charity made a deficit far the financial year of £16,469, which when offset against the brought fonNard reserves of the charity, leaves £91,546. This will be carried fOnard and ulilised by the charity against future grants awarded. Given the nature of the charity the Trustees do not consider it necessary to hold a mlnimum reserves level or have a set reserves policy. Donations received from the Monstei Energy group are spent on charitable activities however the Trustees deem appropriate, and the charity has minimal administration costs due to ils nature and support frtsm the Monster Energy group. The Trustees have assessed the rnajor risks to which the charity is exposed, and are satisfied that systems aré in place to Fniligale exposure to the rnajor risks.
