**Activities:** CPCC will benefit the residents of Claremont and the surrounding neighbourhood offering education and skill development and also provide facilities for recreation and leisure time.CPCC is a community centre for all, supporting, promoting and strengthening the opportunities for people to be connected to their neighbours and community; improving the quality of life for local residents
