Annual Report for the year April 2021 – March 2022
1. **Governance:** The Trustees met as required by the constitution. There were no governance issues raised during the year
2. **Finance:** This is the first year of completing a return as this CIO was set up in April 2021 to replace our previous charity registration number 1057833 which should be closed. The opening balances therefore are the cash assets which were transferred from the old registration. Although the Covid pandemic saw the Museum closed in line with Government recommendations for part of the year, the finances remain strong. The revenues are in line with expectations but the reserves are healthy. The prime sources of revenue is Grant funding.
3. **Facilities:** The Museum premises are rented from The Local Town Council.
4. **Staffing:** The Museum is run and operated by the Trustees and volunteers, there are no paid staff.
