Founder's Foreword
Welcome to our first Annual Review.
Regrettably due to pandemic and various related factors, expected funding having
been diverted to other priorities - our first year has been dormant and we have
not been able commence any activities.
We did feel that it was important however to report that we are planning behind
the scenes to become active in a meaningful manner soon.
Until then - thank you to all the well wishers and the moral support.

First Light is a Charitable incorporated organi5ation ICIOI which looks to make
awards to other charities and not-for-profits INFPS)
We are still defining and building our organisational capacity, which will be
updated in future reports.

To advance such charitable purposes laccording to the law of England and Wales) as
the Trustees see fit from time to time, in parkncular but not limited to
relieving poverty
relieving or preventing sickness and improving health anywhere in the world by..

121 providing or assisting in the provision of free medical treatment,. and
131 providing or assisting in the provision of items, facilities and services that
will relieve poverty, relieve or prevent sickness and improve health.
