cronfeydd wrth gefn yn nodi
pam eu bod yn cael eu
cadw
Para 1.22 Mae pwyllgor rheoli Cylch Meithrin Nant
Lleucu wedi mabwysiadu polisi wrth gefn fel
bod modd neilltuo digon o arian er mwyn
galluogi'r elusen i barhau i weithredu pe bai
gostyngiad annisgwyl mewn incwm neu os
bydd costau annisgwyl yn digwydd.
Mae pwyllgor rheoli Cylch Meithrin Nant
Lleucu yn ymrwymo i gadw digon o arian
wrth gefn i dalu'r costau canlynol:
• Gwerth 1 tymor llawn o rent (£1,800)
• Gwerth 3 mis o gyflogau staff (sef £8,670)
• Gwerth 1 tymor o gostau bws (3,600)
• Arian ar gyfer talu staff am eu cyfnod
rhybudd neu dâl diswyddo pe bai'r Cylch
Meithrin yn gorfod cau (tua £9,762.70).
Cyfanswm y cronfeydd wrth gefn sydd eu
hangen yw £23,832.70. Swm o gronfeydd
wrth gefn oedd yn cael eu dal £24,134.44.
Bydd yr arian yn cael ei gadw er mwyn
galluogi'r Cylch Meithrin i barhau i redeg pe
bai gostyngiad yn incwm y cylch, i roi
amser i'r Pwyllgor weithredu i geisio dod o
hyd i ffynonellau incwm newydd.
Mi fydd Ymddiriedolwyr y Cylch Meithrin yn
cytuno i ddefnyddio gwarchodfeydd y Cylch
Meithrin os oes:
- angen talu costau gweithredol heb eu
datrys o ddydd i ddydd e.e. cyflogi staff
dros dro ar gyfer absenoldeb salwch
hirdymor.
- gostyngiad yn incwm y Cylch Meithrin e.e.
gostyngiad sylweddol yn niferoedd y plant,
neu grantiau yn lleihau neu ddod i ben
- bod angen talu staff am eu cyfnod
rhybudd neu dâl diswyddo os bydd rhaid i'r

charity continuing as a going concern

• the number of children registered to attend fluctuates which is the main income source • ability to recruit trustees, management committee volunteers to fulfil the obligatory roles – chairperson, treasurer, secretary, • staffing within the welsh childcare sector is limited, particularly when cover is required at short notice • the setting is based in a rented hall and so if the hall became unavailable or rent increased significantly this would have a big impact on the ability to operate the cylch.
