Arweinydd a dirprwy arweinydd sy'n gyfrifol am redeg y lleoliad o ddydd i ddydd gyda chymorth hyd at ddau gynorthwyydd. Mae pwyllgor rheoli gwirfoddolwyr yn goruchwylio rheolaeth a gweithrediad y lleoliad. Mae CMNLl hefyd yn cael ei arolygu gan Arolygiaeth Gofal Cymru (AGC) er mwyn sicrhau bod safonau'n cael eu cynnal (rhif cofrestru W010000464). |

Mae CMNLl yn cynnig amgylchedd diogel ac ysgogol gydag amrywiaeth o gyfleoedd dysgu a'i nod yw datblygu potensial pob plentyn a'u paratoi ar gyfer yr ysgol. Para 1.22 | Mae pwyllgor rheoli Cylch Meithrin Nant Lleucu wedi mabwysiadu polisi wrth gefn fel bod modd neilltuo digon o arian er mwyn galluogi'r elusen i barhau i weithredu pe bai gostyngiad annisgwyl mewn incwm neu os bydd costau annisgwyl yn digwydd. Para 1.17 | Cylch Meithrin Nant Lleucu (CMNLl) is a friendly Welsh medium playgroup for 2.5 to 4 year old children in Penylan, Cardiff. The registered address is Roath Church House, Waterloo Road, Cardiff, CF235AD. CMNLl is registered with Mudiad Meithrin (MM), Welsh early years specialists who oversee the whole network of Cylch Meithrin in Wales. A leader and deputy leader are responsible for the day to day running of the setting supported by up to two assistants. A volunteer management committee oversees the management and operation of the setting. CMNLl is also inspected by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to ensure that standards are maintained (registration number W010000464). |

CMNLl follow the principles of the foundation phase, where children learn through play solely through the medium of Welsh. CMNLl offers a safe and stimulating environment with a variety of learning opportunities and aims to develop the potential of each child and prepare them for school. Children are introduced to letters, shapes and number work. Activities and toys are utilised on a rota basis for variety and in conjunction with the term’s planning. Staff observe the children and use their observations to plan the next steps for the children’s play, learning and development. CMNLl offers term-time sessional day care Monday to Friday 08.45-12.45. Breakfast club starts at 08.45 and children are |
| provided with a drink of milk or water and a varied menu, including toast, cereals, pancakes and fruit. Lunch club runs from 12.00-12.45, where children eat a packed lunch provided by their parents. CMNLl provide a minibus wrap-around service to the afternoon meithrin session at the local Welsh primary school, Ysgol Y Berllan Deg, which departs around 12.30 to arrive at the school by 12.45. |

CMNLl provides a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play through the medium of Welsh which plays an important role in promoting and supporting the introduction of Welsh in the early years. Para 1.22 | The management committee of Cylch Meithrin Nant Lleucu have adopted a reserves policy so that sufficient funds can be set aside to enable the charity to continue operating in the event of an unexpected reduction in income or in the event of unexpected costs. The management committee of Cylch Meithrin Nant Lleucu commit to keeping sufficient funds in reserve to cover the following costs: • 1 full term's worth of rent (£1,800) • 3 months' worth of staff salaries (is £8,670) • 1 full term’s worth of wraparound bus fee (£3,600) • money for paying staff for their notice period or severance pay should the Cylch Meithrin have to close (approximately £9,762.70). Total reserves required is £23,832.70. Amount of reserves held £24,134.44 These funds will be retained to enable the Cylch Meithrin to continue running in the event of a reduction in income and to give the Committee time to act to try to find new sources of income. The Trustees of the Cylch Meithrin will agree to use the reserves of the Cylch Meithrin if there is: - a need to cover unanticipated day-to-day operational costs e.g. employing temporary staff for long-term sick leave. - a reduction in the income of the Cylch Meithrin e.g. a significant reduction in children's numbers, or grants reducing or ending - staff need to be paid for their notice period or severance pay should the Cylch Meithrin have to close. |

On accounts for the 1[th] April 2022 to 31 March 2023 Charity no 1194077 Period ended (if any) Set out on pages Attached receipts and payments account (remember to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the period ended 31/03//2023. Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
