Public Benefit Statement: The Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. All activities undertaken are for the benefit of the pupils of Alder Grove Church of England Primary School.
Section D: Achievements and Performance
During the financial year, the association hosted a vibrant calendar of community events to bring families together and raise vital funds.

Key Fundraising Events: Our key highlights included the highly successful Summer Fayre & Raffle (raising £8,008 combined gross revenue) and our core community events like the Fireworks Night (£6,292 gross revenue), Christmas Gifts scheme (£3,079 gross revenue), and the Christmas Fayre & Raffle (£3,289 combined gross revenue).

Community Engagement: Other events such as the Magic Show, Wreath Making, Quiz Night, School Disco, and the Easter Challenge provided wonderful enrichment experiences for the children and their families.

Total Event Revenue: Thanks to the outstanding support of our volunteers and school community, gross event revenue reached £29,772, with an additional £529 secured via corporate sponsorships and donations (such as the Asda Cashpot for Schools scheme).

Financial Results: Total receipts for the period were £30,301. Total expenditure was £21,549, leaving a net surplus of £8,752 for the year. £10,854 was event and admin costs.

Reserves Policy: The charity holds a baseline reserve to act as working capital for the subsequent year's initial events (e.g. deposits for the Fireworks Night).

Funds Disbursed to School (Our Impact): A total of £10,695 was formally donated or paid directly to support school resources this period. This funding directly provided:
