and payments basis as income is <£250k.
The charity ended the year with a gross
annual income of £169.9k and receipts, net
of expenses totalling £157.5k.
A total of £7.9k from the annual income of
£169.9k related to restricted income.
78% of the income was generated from
general unrestricted donations.
11% came from fundraising and the
remaining 10% was from grants £7.2k, and
£8.6k related to reclaiming gift aid from
HMRC.
Expenditure predominantly came from
ongoing running costs and wages.
A closing cash balance of £17.7k, an
increase of £12.5k from the previous year
end, comfortably covers identified creditors
of £0.8k as at 31.03.23
Fixed assets capitalised and depreciated
amounted to £18.1k written down value.
Depreciation is calculated on a straight line
basis, over 5 years for all assets.
